Bereits zum neunten Mal durfte Valéry Kloubert den „Macher“ suchen und bei der Arbeit für den Titel portraitieren. Nach dem Motto „Machen statt lange erzählen“ hat jede Ausgabe einen Protagonisten, der tatsächlich Profikunde ist und je nach Saison Produktneuheiten und -anwendungen vorstellt.
